Can I get banned for using this?

Short answer: No, you can't get banned for using this. 100% safe to use.
It is unlikely that using this tool would be considered a violation of Gaijin's EULA and even if it would, you as a player cannot be traced using it. The application is 100% safe to use because it runs entirely within your web browser. It does not interact with, read, or modify your game client or any of its files in any way.
